It is one of the finest Arabica coffee brands the country offered to the world. Yirgachefe coffee has a distinctive creamy mouth feel and a striking honey like sweetness. Generally, Yirgachefe coffee tends to be medium to light bodied but the sensation is very pleasant and vibrant. It is quite aromatic and displays an intense and complex floral flavor of citrus notes. It may also exhibit an undertone of chocolaty, blueberry, or winy.

 

Yirgachefe coffee is the most publicized and internationally reputed brand of Ethiopian coffee.
